Both villas have their own kitchen and living areas making them completely self-sufficient, if need be, but Koutsi, the main villa, offers multiple places large enough for you to all gather together for meals and drinks. All the bedrooms are generously sized and have beautiful built in wooden desks. The owner has also invested in high speed broadband which, along with the desks, makes this villa perfect for anyone who needs to work remotely.

Koutsi Garden is situated just above the charming fishing village of Loggos, on the north east coast of Paxos
Loggos is a 10 minute walk
Levrechio beach is a 15 minute walk
Kipos and Kipiadi beaches are less than 5 minutes by car
Lakka is 10 minutes by car
Gaios is 20 minutes by car
Fly to Corfu airport
We arrange all transfers from Corfu airport to the island either by sea taxi, or ferry (journey time approx. 1hr)

Koutsi Garden is a beautiful estate made up of two large villas in the most perfect position on the island. Tucked away in the olive groves, quiet and calm, yet only a 10-minute stroll down to Loggos where you can pick up your boat and enjoy a day out on that beautiful Ionian Sea. Loggos has a great selection of cocktail bars for a sundowner, before heading up to the beautiful Koutsi Garden for supper prepared by your own personal chef. When we first saw this house we were all in awe of the beautiful landscape and restored houses. The quality here is so high and we are so excited for our clients to experience and enjoy Koutsi Garden with their friends and families for years to come.
