Coolcat is a stylish multi-level villa in the North-east of the island, just steps from the pristine Lakkos Beach, with panoramic views over the Ionian Sea. The property includes a main house with a master suite, a large double bedroom, and a separate apartment with twin rooms, plus a fifth bedroom being added for 2026, bringing maximum occupancy to 10. With a freshwater pool, pool bar, massage room, and multiple terraces, it offers a perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and sun-filled spaces.

Lakkos beach is just a 2 minute walk from the house
Ben’s Bar and Restaurant on Monodendri beach is 10 minutes walk from the house via a rough path
Lakka is 7 minutes by car
Loggos is 10 minutes by car
Gaios is 15 minutes by car
Fly to Corfu airport
We arrange all transfers from Corfu airport to the island either by sea taxi, or ferry (journey time approx. 1hr)
Car hire is essential
We love Coolcat for its playful, social vibe - take a dip from the diving board, sip cocktails at the pool bar, or wander down to the hidden cove of Lakkos for a swim. Its multiple levels and separate apartment mean everyone can enjoy privacy when needed, while the lush garden and terraces make it ideal for relaxing together. The proximity to Ben’s Bar and Monodendri beach adds a fun, local touch, making every day feel like a mini adventure.
