Scott Williams was founded in 2007, born from a passion for beautiful houses, a handful of contacts and years of experience in the world of luxury travel.

Mother-and-daughter duo Victoria and Flo are at the heart of Scott Williams Villas, bringing together their unique expertise, a ‘will stop at nothing’ attitude to finding you the perfect villa, and a shared passion for delivering exceptional holidays.

Victoria co-founded the company in 2007, building its reputation as a trusted name for carefully curated, one of a kind villas. Her daughter Flo joined (officially!) in 2012 and plays a vital role in shaping the whole experience for our clients with her extensive local knowledge and personal approach - she’s been known to answer calls at midnight! Together, they are dedicated to matching each guest with a truly special property, combining meticulous selection with warm, tailored service.

Each year we review, edit and add to our portfolio to ensure that we continue to represent a selection of the very best properties available.

We personally visit every property, so you can always speak with a member of our team who has first-hand experience on the house, and book with absolute confidence. Service is paramount to us, both during the booking process and on-the-ground during your stay. Every single property has been hand-selected by us for its quality, uniqueness and all- important special features.

We strive to find houses that offer something different, something that sets them apart from your average holiday house and makes it extraordinary. This might be a breath-taking view, a fabulous pool or its own private beach. Little or large, our villas each offers something wonderful, and our current collection includes well over 250 outstanding villas across Europe, Morocco and the Caribbean.

Our Service

Our wonderful team, led by the incredibly knowledgeable Flo, are on hand from the moment you make your first enquiry. They’ll take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, offering first-hand knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and honest , considered advice as you choose the perfect villa.

Once your booking is confirmed, we take care of the details. Every client is assigned a dedicated booking specialist based in our UK office who will be your personal point of contact from day one. Your booking specialist can arrange every aspect of your trip, depending on location: private boat hire, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, personal chefs, wine deliveries, pre-arrival groceries and so much more.

In the final weeks before you travel, you’ll be introduced to the team on the ground - house managers, concierge staff and trusted local professionals who know the property inside out. This seamless handover ensures that by the time you arrive, everything is in place, and everyone knows exactly what matters to you.

During your stay, you’ll benefit from two layers of support — local expertise at the villa, and our continued assistance whenever you need it. A last- minute boat trip? A birthday beach dinner? Yoga at sunrise? We’ll do our very best to make it happen. No stone is left unturned. No detail is too small.
